You can track your order after spedtt collects your package for delivery, the courier will send a text message which provides a tracking link with real-time updates and notifications about your package's delivery status. What should I do if my order never arrives? If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, you can file a claim with KBC within 2 to 10 days of the delivery date. For packages that are presumed lost, claims can be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last status update.
Product Authenticity and Returns Are the products authentic? Yes, KBC ensure that all products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from brands or authorized distributors. Returns and Exchanges What is your return policy? We only accept returns on new and unpunctured beauty products. If your product is unopened and in its original packaging, you can initiate a return within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that the product has not been tampered with or used to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

They typically have a shelf life of two to three years from the manufacturing date. Can I get samples with my order? KBC offer free samples with every purchase $500.00 and up, but additional sample requests may not be accepted unless there are special promotions.
